I know I’ve been talking about the benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for a very long time. But after having a long conversation with my friends about these three things, I felt confident and excited to share my own experience with them.

Well, it’s really nice to have a place that offers these three things, but I really have to disagree with the title of this blog post. Like the title implies, meditating is a stress-relieving activity, which is a nice thing. But I don’t think it’s quite as soothing to people who have a lot of stress. What I think is more relaxing is a good night’s sleep.
I think the best way to relax is to go to sleep. The rest is just going to get the wear and tear of living. I know I don’t usually meditate, but I do my best to sleep a good night’s sleep every single night. This does not mean I am a slave to meditation. I use it as a stress-reliever because I believe it is important to get the right kind of support system in your life.
I think you can actually go to sleep without meditation, but you won’t be able to get the same benefits. The reason you have to meditate is that sleep is the best time to do that, and sleep is the best time to relax. If you’re awake, you have to meditate just to get the same benefits, but you still have to get up and go to work.
