My point is that there are two different ways to make a meal. One way to make a meal is to mix something up with a sauce and mix it up with a sauce. In other words, if you mix a sauce with a sauce, you dont have to add a sauce to make this meal.
So basically, you can have a large meal that has your protein, veggies, and sauce, or you can have a small meal that has everything, plus some sauce.
I think the biggest mistake in a recipe is to have too many ingredients. Like most recipes, the way to make a simple meal is to just add a lot of ingredients and mix up a few ingredients. Because that means your ingredients are going to change between the two sides of the meal.
For example, if you decide to have a large meal, then you are going to have to add a lot of ingredients. That means you might have to cut up vegetables, cut up meats, or add spices and sauces. Your meal may be more healthy if you add more veggies and spices, but if you just have a lot of meat then you will probably end up eating a lot of it.
