I’m a big fan of pet hotels and boarding kennels because I see them as part of my duty as a pet owner. But you can always take care of a pet in the comfort of your own home.
So I’ve gotten my cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles all from my local pet store. In fact, I’ve even had my dog, Kari, from my local Kari’s Pet store come to me.
It might seem like all of this is just a weird coincidence, but I’ve been thinking a lot about the way pet stores are growing in popularity and how they’re bringing in more new customers.
The pet industry is booming right now. It seems that more and more pet stores are opening throughout the country. Their main goal is to be more customer service-oriented than the typical pet store and offer services that make it easier for customers to buy pets. This is especially true of the pet food and pet supplies stores.
According to one study, pet owners are 40% more likely to stay with their pets if the pet store is located within walking distance of their residence. That’s a huge change from just a decade or so ago, when most pet owners still lived in a small town.
As it turns out, there is a pet food shop in Redondo Beach that is open 24-7 and offers cat food, dog food, and pet supplies. I’ve been to other pet stores in the area, and I’m sure there are others that are more popular. The only thing you would need to bring is a pet food bag.
