What the Heck Is thin recessed lighting?

The majority of our lighting choices fall into the “thin recessed” category. We may have a great deal of light coming in from the ceiling, but we don’t want the whole room to be looking like a warehouse. Even the most minimalist home (as well as most modern homes) will have some ceiling light, but this is a luxury that we will not take for granted.
