You know when you are so busy that the only thing that you think about during the day is getting your day done. You make sure that you are the first one on your lunch break, the last one to shower, and the last one to take a nap. What you don’t realize is that your mind and body are also engaged in the same activity.
This is the case for many people. There are so many things that we do that are not necessarily productive. We get up in the morning, go to work, get ourselves ready to go to work, get ourselves ready to go to work, get ourselves ready to go to work, and so on. But there is a lot of time spent in bed, eating food, and so on. The problem is the day becomes longer and longer as we get more and more tired.
A nap is the process of relaxing.

That means that your brain is putting more of its energy into processing information. It is also more connected to the rest of your body, and thus more alert. This makes it more likely that you will wake up at some point. It also means that you have to wake up.
Sleep is a natural process that allows your brain to recover from a big task and reboot. It also means that you will wake up. So if you are having trouble sleeping, you can try to focus on something and then try to get some sleep.
