We made this pasta just yesterday and it was pretty good. But that did not mean we were going to stop using sharp 70. We tried it on some sandwiches as well. Now, we are going to have to make some more of it and add salt as well.

Sharp 70 is a pasta-making pasta that’s meant to be used in place of spaghetti. Sharp 70 is just over 5 pounds and made from a mixture of the flour, water, and salt. After adding the water, the pasta can be cooked for about 20 minutes before being cooked. It’s very thick, but so is most other pasta.
But, when it’s cooked, it starts to thicken out a bit. Then the starch in the flour starts to separate and the pasta starts to get a bit stickier. This can be a problem when you’re eating it because you have to spoon it slowly and evenly over your food. If you eat it too fast, it’s probably going to be a bit cold and runny. It’s just too thick to eat straight up by itself.
