This is a new version of the images I posted in the past. It hasn’t been updated very often, but it has been a lot of fun to play with. I did this one for a while but then I just wanted something new to work on.
Pixel 3xl Resident Evil 2 has a lot of very similar gameplay, so I decided to do an image of a very similar scene from the game. This is what I ended up with.
The scene I ended up with was from the game, but it looks like this. It looks like the same scene from the original game.

I have a couple of issues with this image. First, pixel 3xl is a very different game than Resident Evil 2, and this image was made with the very same game. I can’t argue that this is very similar. Second, the original game was released 2 years before the 3xl version, so maybe the scene was too similar to the 3xl version.
The reason I said 3xl Resident Evil 2 is because it is very similar, but I can understand a difference in art style. The 3xl version of the original game was released in 2006, and so the pixel art looks very different from the other versions.
The pixel 3xl version of the original game was released in 2008. This 2 years between releases is not too different. I can understand that difference, but I see it as a small difference in art style. The pixel art of this screenshot is very similar to the other versions of the game, with the only difference being that the textures are a bit larger. To allay any confusion, the pixel art of this screenshot is not the original game.
A pixel art gallery is a way to illustrate a different aspect of a piece. In my experience, people do not look at a gallery portrait. But I don’t see that in the pixel art gallery of this screenshot. The difference is that this is not a gallery portrait gallery. People look at a painting one day and they say, “Oh, I don’t see this!” Now the most important thing is a painting, so they can look at the art.
The pixel art gallery is a way to look at a piece of art. The pixel art itself is the painting. So the pixel art of this screenshot is a painting, and that painting is the pixel art of this screenshot.
