I can’t say I’ll marry someone because I don’t know if my future self will know what to say when I ask for a divorce.
I have this theory that if we look at the future and the past, we can be aware of where we’ve been and where we’re going. It’s like going to the grocery store and just checking out what others have bought. Then we can make an informed decision about what we’re going to buy, and if we buy it we can be aware of everything that’s going to happen with it.
