I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to skate. I like to take a break from practicing and enjoy the moment. Most skaters don’t like to skate, they like to skate on a course. I don’t know that there’s a really good course for skating. I mean, it’s fun, it’s not like you’re trying to win the race. But I think most skaters aren’t even aware of where they are in the race.
You might be surprised to learn how far you can push your limits. I mean, sure, you can always do a lot more if you just push yourself. But, when you do, you also make sure to be aware of your limits. When your limits are exceeded it can be extremely difficult to recover. The process of letting go and getting back on track can make it difficult to recover from a mistake.
